Tip 9. Sign a Purchase Contract Form

A purchase contract is the basic agreement between you and the buyer setting forth the price and terms of the sale of your home. Many variations of this form exist. Check with your consultants to obtain a copy of the purchase contract used in your area, or use the corresponding form at MiaDomo's real estate forms. You may ask a lawyer or real estate professional to review the form for a fixed fee, but by law you are not required to do so.
