Please, help us build an interesting and informative web site and hopefully all our home sellers will find our web site more informative and helpful because of your comments and input! You can help us to improve our web site in one of few ways:

1. If you already have created good flyers or fact sheets about your home (usually placed in a plastic box next to your front yard sign), please send us your version of the flyer. We are working on creating flyers for MiaDomo.com ads and we need ideas for the best designs for flyers or fact sheets that home sellers can provide to potential home buyers who visit their homes or drive past looking for the best homes “for sale by owner”. Based on your suggestions, we will create flyers that will be available for downloading from our web site by future home sellers.

2. If you have a nice custom-designed front yard sign announcing your home is for sale by owner, please send us a photo of your sign and we will share your idea with other MiaDomo.com home sellers. If you need ideas on how to make a custom-designed yard sign, you can look at www.designasign.com where, online, you can create your own custom signs. You can order signs from this company, but please look at other companies in "Real estate sign" section of our real estate directory or check to see if your local design companies provide such services. To save time, most people decide to buy the regular FSBO signs that can be found in local hardware stores. However, if you created a custom sign to let people know that your home is for sale by owner, please share your ideas with other MiaDomo.com visitors!

3. If you give feedback about a company that helped you with mortgage, appraisal or other service that can be found in our free real estate directory, please leave your comments. If you have a negative experience working with a company, please share that with other home-sellers, as well. We want our home sellers to be informed about which companies they can work with. We do not advertise services of any other real estate companies and provide them in our catalog only for your convenience.

4. If you have an interesting story to share about selling your home, or about other topics in real estate, please send pass it along to us and we will post it in the corresponding section of our web site. It is important that your experience help our home-sellers or buyers to make an informed decision about the home-buying or selling process! Also, it will be useful to know about the real estate market in your local area, so home-sellers who live in your area can use your experience to sell their home and use the companies you recommend to assist them in the home-selling process.
