You need to be very careful when working with real estate agents. I am licensed in IL and work as real estate agent in northwest suburbs of Chicago part time in addition to my software development job and see how working with some agents may cost you a fortune. I am working with one family now, their real estate agent brought them home, before figuring out what to do their old townhome. Now, association of their old home prohibited to rent their home out, they also can not sell in this market, and they end up paying 2 mortgages for 6 month now, which ate almost all their life savings!!! It is amazing what some real estate agents do to get their commissions, you can buy people home, but please figure out what to do with people old house first.

It is important to know that in addition to our web site you list your home in realtors MLS for flat fee In this case your listing will appear at www.realtor.com, www.zillow.com and other web sites, that collect their homes for sale info from local mls realtors database. Please take a look at our article under http://www.miadomo.com/article/1081-FlatFeeMLS/
