I posted an ad on miadomo.com but now on the zillow.com website a realtor from New Jersey named Charles Blumenkehl appears as the agent with a link to contact him. I notice that this man has over 1000 "listings" such as mine. I never authorized him to be my agent and as a result he could be taking potential buyers from me. How do I remove him from my zillow site?

Our family of 5 stays in Creekside Chalet with the Kaylors every year during the summer. We've actually made it our family tradition. We travel to the area to Whitewater raft down the Ocoee River. This cabin is only minutes from the company we raft with Ocoee Rafting in Ducktown, TN. We really love this little cabin. It doesn't have some great view or a big river but our kids love playing in the little branch/creek and the decorations and amenities are great. And...it is always spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend

You can use real estate agents to determine the price of your home based on the sale price of houses sold in your area. It takes real estate agent 15 minutes to perform this analysis and you do not have to pay him commissions. Also you can use zillow.com appraisal services. Dealing with BuyOwner was our WORST ever!!! We spent thousand$ of dollar$ UPFRONT and only received ONE phone call from the website advertising....nothing like their ads say on TV. We have told everyone we know about our experience and advise NEVER to use BuyOwner .

Zillow is neat. You have to like the map showing all the houses nearby with their appraisal prices. As far as accuracy of the appraisal it was about 7 percent less than the tax assessor appraisal. The tax appraisal value was the lowest appraisal I had seen of my house until I saw the Zillow appraisal. ...now if I could just get the tax assessor to reduce my taxes based on zillow.
