the 2004 in the footer is when propertywithaview.com was started. This is for copyright. There are around 1,000 properties listed. Most of the listings are in the free index search on each state page. The few that are on the home page for each state are paid subscriptions. Great selection of property from all over the US. There are many great deals. I found a property that interested me, did a little research on it and bought it for a few thousand less than I was prepared to pay.
